Hi! I’m Ashly, a small-business stylist in Rolla, MO located within The Golden Hour Salon. I offer hair, nails, and facial waxing. Please review my cancellation policy when booking. My site is listed—reviews help my business grow! When arriving to the salon, you can walk back to my area and seat yourself in the waiting area within my area if you would like, but do please alert me that you are here. My number is listed on the site, text or call to reach me :) Policies to be aware of; -If a nail breaks within 48 hours of your service, I’ll fix it free of charge. After 48 hours, a repair fee will apply. -All clients are now required to have a card on file, this is to protect my time and my business. If you do not wish to have a card on file, you will not be able to book with me. Cancellation fees and no show fees will be the only things collected from the card on file unless you wish for me to charge that card at the end of your appointment. -Please be aware that there are other stylists within this salon, so please try to keep the amount of people you bring to your appointment limited to as not cause a lot of blocking the other stylists from getting where they need to go. -SUNDAY APPOINTMENTS! I have started opening select Sundays for appointments, I am not going to open ALL Sundays as I do have a family and often spend the weekend with them. With that being said; Sunday appointments will have an automatic $25 additional fee for an after hours fee! You don’t have to pay this if you don’t book a Sunday appointment.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Policies to be aware of;
Cancellation fee of 75% will be charged if appt is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, 10 minute grace period for running late, after that your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled and fee will apply. Deposits are non refundable, and non transferable. If you cancel you forfeit your deposit, if you reschedule, it’s at my discretion whether to credit that deposit if it’s outside the cancellation policy or late policies.

Please note, a 3.5% processing fee applies to card payments at checkout. If paying with cash, please bring exact change, as I do not keep cash on hand.
